    -Humans create art for a complex interplay of reasons, deeply rooted in our nature as social emotional, and intellectual beings. The motivationa are multifaceted, ranging from personal expression to cultural preservation and societal commentary. Similarly, the ways in which art shapes society are numerous and profound.


    Ancient cave paintings at Lascaux (c. 17,000BCE) depict scenes of hunting and daily life, offering invaluable insights into the beliefs and practices of early humans. These paintings served as a form of storytelling, transmitting cultural knowledge across generations. Today, films like "Parasite"(2019) continue this tradition, exploring complex social issues and shaping our understanding of contemporary society.


    In conclusion, the creation and appreciation of art are fundamental aspects of the human experience. Art's influence on society is profound and multifaceted, shaping our understanding of ourselves, our history, and our world. The examples above illustrate the dynamic interplay between artistic expression and societal impact across various historical periods and cultural contexts.

Activity 5.2 REFLECTION JOURNAL Write a journal entry after each stage of the creative process, highlighting challenges,  insights, and breakthrough “ IDEA GENERATION” Today, I embarked on a new creative project, and I’m excited to see where it takes me. Brainstorming ideas was a challenge at first, but as I let my mind wander, concepts began to emerge. I jotted down keywords, phrases, and images that resonated with my theme. The biggest challenge was narrow down the options, but I’m confident that ill find the right direction. Insight: Sometimes, the most unlikely ideas can spark something remarkable.
