"Do my Best" is more than just a song — it's a declaration of perseverance in the face of life's messiness. When I wrote these lyrics, I wasn’t trying to paint a picture of perfection; I was trying to be honest about the struggle, the stumbles, and the strength it takes just to keep going. Each verse reflects moments we've all felt — waking up heavy-hearted, losing friends, fighting silent fears — but it's in those cracks and scars that our humanity shines through.

This song reminds me that resilience doesn’t always look heroic. Sometimes it looks like crying in private, getting back up after failure, or simply choosing not to give up today. The message is simple, but powerful: we don’t have to be the strongest, smartest, or fastest. We just have to show up and give what we’ve got.

Every lyric is a tribute to those who keep going despite everything. It's for anyone who’s ever felt broken but refused to let that be the end of their story. If you’re doing your best — even if it doesn’t look like much — that’s more than enough.
